I had already read this book before I listened to the audiobook, but I love that I get to experience it in another medium. The witty banter, hot sex scenes, and hilarious situations are all just an added bonus.What made the experience of listening to Tapping the Billionaire the most enjoyable? She knows she can trust him with her heart, soul, and body. And that’s the moment where you kind of know she feels safe around him and with him. He kind of accepts it and tells Georgie that if she wants to give him the honor of being her first, he’ll forever be grateful for it.
He isn’t shocked when Georgie is a virgin or makes a big deal out of it. Kline and Georgie takes it slow with their romance. What will you exactly find in this novel? Sweetness and flirtation. She’s ridiculous at times with all the embarrassing situations she gets herself into but she’s also driven and passionate about her work. Georgie is also not your typical heroine.
It’s so refreshing to pick up a book and find a sweet guy who knows how to call the shots, listen to their girlfriends, and crack a joke here and there. Kline isn’t your typical billionaire boss you read in other stories. I think Georgie and Kline are adorable but it kind of got boring because there isn’t much angst until the end.
